Using the service
You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter an agreement and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed with your password, transaction PIN, verification codes and authenticated devices.
Accounts and verification
We may require email, telephone or identity verification before enabling particular funding, purchasing or developer features. You must not create accounts using another person’s identity or attempt to bypass account limits and security controls.
Wallet funding and purchases
Review the network, recipient, meter, smartcard, product and amount before confirming a transaction. Successfully fulfilled digital products may not be reversible. Wallet funding, fees, minimums and maximums are displayed before submission where applicable.
Pricing, discounts and availability
Prices, account-level discounts, commissions, fees and provider availability may change. The price shown for confirmation is the price that applies to that request. A displayed product can become unavailable if an upstream provider is offline or disables it.
Pending, failed and reversed transactions
A request may remain pending while an upstream provider confirms fulfilment. We may automatically reconcile, complete, fail or reverse a transaction after receiving provider evidence. Refunds for eligible failed transactions are returned to the relevant wallet.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, unauthorised access, harassment, resale that violates provider rules, automated abuse, interference with platform operation or any activity prohibited by law. Developer credentials and webhook secrets must be protected.
Third-party services
Telecommunications networks, billers, banks, gateways and other providers fulfil parts of the service. Their processing times, coverage and rules may affect a transaction. We remain responsible for handling your request with reasonable care but do not control third-party networks.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict an account or service to protect customers, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address unpaid obligations or respond to provider requirements. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding transactions and record-retention requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TeeTechGlobalData is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the support details on our website.
